Whats going on ?!?

I began my period Jan 3-8. On Jan 18-19 I began very very light pink spotting which I believed to be ovulation spotting. It stopped for two days then the spotting resumed. It was only when I wiped though nothing to fill up a pad or even on a tampon after i inserted it for hours. I’ve been spotting for 4 days legit only when I wipe then sometimes when I go check there nothing there at all. Please someone tell me what’s going ??? It’s like I’ll spot for a few hours then nothing and it repeats the same thing the next day.
