Have any of you ladies taken these?

So I have irregular periods and I’m wondering if anyone has taken any of these to help regulate their period and get pregnant ? Or anything else?

Answer

I am currently taking Vitex. I had my last period mid December and did not get another period until just last week (about 3 weeks after taking Vitex regularly). I’m not sure if my period came again because of the Vitex, or just naturally, but either way I’m going to keep taking them for the next few months unless I get pregnant before then.
