Can this still be implant??? Or am I out?

And I am absolutely devastated. I started with spotting yesterday and then went to brown... then this... however, right before this happened my tummy started hurting really bad like really bad gas pains. It was making me really hot... I ran to the bathroom and dry heaved super hard ... but didnt throw up... then #2 super bad. My entire stomach was super hard. Then when I wiped this was what was there. I am 11 dpo and I'm praying this is just implant blood and that it doesnt get any heavier... I have had all negitive pregnancy tests so far. Why does mother nature have to play so many fuck fuck games !!! Cruel I tell you... cruel!!!
