*TMI* What is this?!? Please help!

I recently found out that I am pregnant after having a miscarriage 2 years ago. I went to a dr appointment and the dr was not able to see anything on the ultrasound. He said it may be too early. So I am going today and Monday to get blood drawn to see if my HCG levels are increasing. I woke up this morning and had to pee and when I finished peeing a little piece of tissue plopped out of me. I was able to pull it out. It was kind of hard but it looked a lot like tissue. I’m just scared that I had a miscarriage. That’s been my worry since I found out I was pregnant.
