I was told that sperm need 24 hours to repopulate in a healthy way in a healthy guy. For those with low sperm mobility or motility they are supposed to shoot for sex every other day. A midwife told me even if you are healthy you should stick to every other day. An OB/GYN told me to have fun and once a day is fine. Studies online says once a day versus every other day doesn't effect percent chance of conception. Thoughts? My partner and I have sex once a day during the fertile window and more than that outside the side the window. I am wondering if we need to tone it down...😬😳
