Should I give up hope? Am I out?

Hi everyone,

A little background info, my periods used to be very regular but last year they became very irregular where I missed 83 days then got a period then missed 99 days. Then I got my period regularly for 4 months and the last one was in November. I haven’t gotten my period since but I did peak on January 15th. I confirmed with strips and digital test. Still no period, but I’ve been cramping like crazy and do have sore breasts.

I’m 8-9 dpo today and am also supposed to get my period. I tested with the FRER and got a negative. Am I out this month? I would think a FRER would pick up on something by now. What do y’all think?
