14 weeks - help please, advice needed

14 weeks with my second pregnancy. First ended in mmc at 9 weeks and I’m so scared something will happen with this pregnancy and I won’t know.

I thought I had a little bump going, small but there. But this morning it has disappeared and I don’t look pregnant at all. Is this normal?

I was having cramping and twinges but the last few days I haven’t felt any. Should I be worried?

Looking for reassurance that baby is still in there and okay. The anxiety has been horrible.

Symptoms disappeared around 12 weeks which I know is normal, but just wish I had some reassurance that everything is going okay. Don’t have another ultrasound for a couple of weeks.
