Some advice please?

I’m getting retested for chlamydia on Monday after being treated for it me and my boyfriend abstained from sex for the week taking the antibiotics and two weeks after go be safe and now we use condoms til we’re both ensured it’s cleared up how could I have a fair idea it’s gone before waiting another 2 weeks for the results back ? I do not have the smelly discharge any more since being treated and no itching or irritation so theres a good chance it’s gone (my partner was treated also)
