Trying not to panic

My LO is 15 weeks old and EBF. I returned to work about a month ago and have been pumping during the day as well as an extra pump after he feeds in the morning.

Today, on my day off, he ate his first meal by breast as usual but refused the breast in favor of a bottle for the next two meals. He has never done this before. Adding insult to injury, I have pumped a fraction of what I usually pump after his first feeding as well as in lieu of the feedings that he is refusing.

How common is this, and is it reversible? Best strategy for getting both of us back on track? 😖
