Well lately she says “poopoo change?” That means she wants out of her dirty diaper. As far as wetness goes, she still doesn’t mind it unless she went A LOT and now it’s bothering her so she’ll start taking her pants and diaper off and it’ll be down to her butt crack.

We’ve had a potty in the bathroom since December (a week before her 2nd birthday). Little interest, she likes to sit on it like she’s playing/pretending but then she’s over it.

Today is the first day I’ve said ok! We are putting on big girl panties and doing this! The first time she saw me go into the restroom so she wanted to do the same. When I pulled her panties down there was already a little pee. We changed.

The second time she peed and didn’t like it. But we went to the potty but now she already went so she didn’t want to sit down.

Third time same thing.

Fourth time we were sitting in the bathroom watching a tv show about potty training and we had her panties off. Eventually she started going so I grabbed her and put her on the chair in one swoop. Now she was like, what just happened? And a little confused but she sat on it. But nothing came out and then she wanted up.

Today is day 1 and more than half the time she panicked a little when she goes, and the rest of the time she doesn’t care.

Are we ready? She still wets her diaper at night, but not until in the middle of the night. For the first couple of hours she’s dry. Nap time is 50/50. And she never pooped in the middle of the night so she doesn’t deal with that.
