When I’m on my period I shower both morning and night but besides that normally once a day either shower or night just depends. But if I showed at night, in the  morning I take a washcloth and clean my face, armpits and whatnot or vice versa.

I shower every other day unless I'm working outside or getting dirty... I have sensitive skin and it gets irritated from soap and lotion.

Every night. I workout at night so I shower after I'm done. Plus I don't like to get up any earlier than i have to 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

I shower everyday because I workout everyday. However, some days I shower twice a day if I have been sweating a lot, on my period, feeling sick or want to feel refreshed.
