Just got Kyleena (or maybe Mirena?) inserted

I had an appointment on the 23rd of this month to get my IUD (I believe we went with Kyleena) inserted. It’s only been a couple of days, but I’ve had bad cramps ever since (though they have been on/off sometimes). Ibuprofen, Pamprin, and Midol aren’t helping at all. A heating pad helps a little bit, but this nearly constant cramping/back pain is getting old quick 😩. For anyone else who has had this one done, did your cramps worsen and how long did it take for them to go away? I haven’t had any bleeding or spotting, just the pain.
