Is baby a newborn? Its pretty typical for them to be gassy.

Gas drops and I was breastfeeding and now I'm switching to formula for the sake of my sanity and my poor baby's belly. It has been a nightmare.

Mine were all dairy related. I cut/limited my dairy intake and it helped.

My baby was gassy and I didn’t consume any caffeine so for me it was unrelated

Reducing caffeine helps my baby.  I can’t have more than 1-2 cups of coffee a day.
The big causes of gassiness for him are cranberries and tomatoes though.  If I have either, his reflux gets a thousand times worse and he gets super gassy
