Should I get checked?

I’m 38 weeks today. And I started to pump last night to see if I could get some contractions rolling in. I started having some pain in my lower stomach area. It was constant tho not coming and going. I know people have said the start of labor feels like period pains but it’s so hard to remember what period pains feel like I haven’t had one in 9 months😂 and when I was coming in I didn’t really cramp. I would take meds waaayyyy. Before I could even get the chance to. My stomach has been feeling uncomfortable all day but I do not have the urge to poop or anything. And then the pain gets way worse when I have to urinate. This morning I had a bad cramp that took my breath away. I couldn’t even move I thought I was about to die as long as I held my breath😭 but I haven’t had another one. I lost my mucus plug two days ago but it wasn’t blood tinged or nothing. I don’t even remember how labor felt with my daughter who is about to be three. I feel like a new mom😂😂😂
