Trying to get myself motivated here to go downstairs and do some yoga and a peloton workout! Who else is currently still super active ? I weightlift 4x a week and practice my yoga daily . Have only needed to make slight adjustments and have not decreased weight lifted yet (just not going for my PB)

I just want to say I have minimal if no pain in my body thus far and I have exercise and YOGA to thank for that! I feel great and feel like I look great for almost 24 weeks pregnant. If anyone is struggling and feel it’s safe for you and your doc approves I would suggest trying some prenatal yoga flows on YouTube or even taking ten minutes to stretch everyday! It has helped me so much ! I just feel so grateful for being able to move ! Who else plans on working out until birth?! ☺️☺️☺️
