Can’t feel baby move at 21weeks 4 days

I was feeling really strong kicks between 19 weeks and 20 weeks, at 20 weeks I felt a gush/leakage so I got it checked out and everything was fine (pregnancy doesn’t treat existing bladder problems kindly) I mentioned I hadn’t felt baby move for a day and she dismissed it and said at this stage it basically doesn’t matter because babies are so small it’s nothing to worry about. I’ve felt her move since but not much, I’m such a worrier this is driving me insane. I haven’t felt any movement all day today but at some points I’ve been unsure but definitely not the usual. They have scheduled another scan but that isn’t until the 10th Feb but I have a midwife appointment on the 5th where she is going to check baby’s heartbeat.
