BBT tracking with Ava or Temp drop?

Does anyone have any experience with either of these to track bbt to keep track of ovulation?

I have the AVA bracelet. It’s great for tracking bbt, but not good for predicting ovulation so you still need to use OPKs. I’ve been using it for over a year and my ovulation is always off by about a week. I’m seeing a fertility dr so I’ve been getting ultrasounds every month to confirm my ovulation, and my OPKs are always right whereas AVA is always wrong. Like I said, however, it’s great for tracking bbt so that you can see when your temp finally goes up to confirm your ovulation date. This month is the first month that I’m not using it in over a year since I’m doing an IVF cycle, but I used it every night before that to get the most accurate data.
