Has anyone tried Vitex or chasteberry?

If so how long did it take to conceive?

Started taking it. It's really helped me balance my hormones. My hormonal acne is sooo much better now after just 1 week. Hoping it helps with fertility as well. One down side is that it gives me bad headaches 😓 common side effect
