Time to get up

I’m not going to lie about it. I’m lazy. And since my baby girl has been born, it’s only gotten worse! She was born on Mother’s Day. I had to have a C-section because I had preeclampsia. I had to be on BP meds for several weeks after she was born. Up until a week and a half ago, I pumped several times a day to feed her. BFing made me want to eat ALL THE TIME!!! Because of that, I haven’t lost any of my baby weight. I am seriously scared to death to start working out. I’m so afraid I damaged my heart by my terrible eating habits, high BP, and sedentary lifestyle. Any suggestions on where to start? I just want to feel healthier again and get rid of the spare tire around my waist.
