any cardiologist or advice from someone

my boyfriends been having discomfort in his heart since Friday 1/24/2020. It started early when he was leaving for work at around 3 am he left without a sweater it was fresh outside he put a sweater he had in the car then on his was to work he stayed feeling bad pain in his whole left arm then his chest and when he got to his job it went to his heart side hes been like that since friday I've been giving him low dose of aspirin. I only gave his 324 twice in 24 hour period. He thinks it me be a muscle spasm but he doesn't want to go to the hospital and he keeps saying its pinching in his left chest / heart area what do you think it is I'm panicking because he wont listen to me on going to see a dr. plus no insurance so yeah that too but his health matters to me but certainly not to him idk what else to do also his blood pressure was out in the sky 160/110. but he wont listen at all...I don't want him to have a sudden stroke or heart attack I worry abt him but he sees me crying and wont go see a dr
