How many of you have had symptoms after 8 wks?

I’m 8 wks 1 day today and I haven’t really had any symptoms except for fatigue and bloat. I have 2 children and had a MMC in Aug 2019. So honestly I’m kind of terrified to say the least. I was sick with both of my kids and I know I hated it but at the same time to me that was almost reassurance that hey I’m pregnant lol. I’ve just never been so scared of a drs appt before. I go this Wed. To my first appt to get my first ultrasound done, and I’m extremely nervous. So I guess hearing that other people didn’t get sick until later would maybe ease my mind alil bit.
