Would I be okay to use urine from any time of the day at this stage or best to use FMU?

Previously a serial tester and just really anxious this time so been holding off.

I have basically no symptoms. No pms symptoms either and no idea when I ovulated. Just a bit tired, headachey and nauseous today.

This takes me to CD32. Never had a cycle so long.
