When are diaper changes going to get easier

Distraction is working less and less. I feel like I am in a wrestling match. When does this get better?

I've literally resorted to putting on Little Baby Bum on my phone and letting him hold it while I change him. Works about 99% of the time. But it's the only time I ever really let him near my phone cause it just zones him out long enough to change his diaper lol. Nothing else worked for longer than a day

I give my son things he can’t have such as the toothpaste tube (closed of course). He can play with it until he is changed😂

When they’re potty trained 😂 distraction only works for mine half the time and even then I’ve had to give him about 10 toys and hope one interest him

I use the pampers cruisers 360.  I change his pee diapers standing up.  Helps the poo diapers cause he stays put longer.
