Hi everyone. I am hoping for some positive feedback. Two weeks ago I went to get an ultrasound. I have PCOS and wanted to make sure everything was progressing ok. So, the doctor said that she didn't see a fetal pole and see estimated I was 6 weeks 3 days. She scheduled another ultrasound a week later. The tech said they saw the fetal pole but not the heartbeat and dated me at 7 weeks 3 days. My doctor said that she expected me to have a miscarriage because the no heartbeat and she expected my HCG levels to be higher than what they were. My HCG levels didn't double but they did rise. I haven't experienced any cramping or bleeding.

I am scheduled for blood work and another ultrasound this week.

I wanted to know if anyone else has been told they would miscarry but their baby was just fine.
