I'm almost 8 weeks PP and my husband and I had sex for the first time since having the baby last night. I also just had my first PP period last week and had really intense cramping. Now I'm having it again. It radiates down my legs and makes it hard to walk sometimes. I've been taking ibuprofen for it but it doesn't help that much. Has anyone else experienced really intense cramping like this postpartum? Also, I don't believe it's ovulation cramps because I've been taking LH tests to help map out my fertile week to avoid pregnancy.
