Twins dream??

My husband and I have been TTC for about 1.5 years (health insurance wont pay for infertility testing, so we are on our own).

Ovulation day was 2 days ago and we did the deed.

Last night I had a dream that I popped out twins, a boy and a girl.

I've not been having pregnancy or baby dreams since I was pregnant with my daughter 6 years ago.

Anyone else have similar dreams close to (hopeful) conception and turned out they were in fact pregnant??
