9 months TTC

I had my IUD removed end of April 2019, so we’ve been TTC for about 9 months now.

Been using OPKs for about 3 months now, just tried preseed last month, we BD every other day... Wondering about other things to try and help things happen?

Anyone try reflexology or acupuncture for fertility? Anything you swear by!

My period is regular between 27-30 days for the last 6 months and based on OPKs I am ovulating.... so I feel like it shouldn’t be this hard... help!
