What did you all drink for postpartum constipation ?

Currently 3 weeks postpartum. I have been drinking a lot of liquids but does not help much

Prune juice! You don't need a lot I poured less than half a glass and mixed it with apple juice cause I'm not a fan of the flavor. It gets your stomach going! Make sure your near a bathroom not too long after you take it.

I just had water and cried, honestly. Coffee generally helps me go if I have not had it for a while but it didn't after my c-section and I realsied I hadn't had a movement in three or four days. The pain I felt was horrible and I hope it's a lot easier for you!!
