Looking for people’s experiences with travelling long-haul at different times of their cycle.

I’ve read that travelling, especially long-haul, can speed up or postpone ovulation therefore speeding up or postponing bleeding.

My particular situation is that I ovulated a week before travelling and TTC during those 7 days - technically my ovulation shouldn’t have been affected by the travelling. My period was due the 19th Jan and still has not turned up. Will travelling postpone the bleeding during my cycle?

Anyone with knowledge or stories - this would be greatly appreciated!
