When should I expect an accurate pregnancy test result??

I had my period Jan 3-10 and baby danced on the 11th. I have PCOS and I’m not sure when or if I ovulated. 
When would be the time I should test? Does anyone know?

Have you had sex since the 11th? You should try tracking ovulation there’s no way to know if your cycles are irregular 😕
