Jogging with 3month baby?

Question

Can I jog with my 3month old? Not sure if I have to get a normal jogging stroller or a jogging stroller with a car seat set up...or just not able to jog with her yet.

Jogging is recommended only 6mo+ or a little prior with pediatrician's approval for to risk of severe injury from head/neck instability. You also are never supposed to jog with a carseat adaptor & carseat on the jogger because it is a tipping hazard. So you'll want a jogger & your baby (at ~6 months) in the jogger seat itself. 👍

U need a jogging stroller (in my experience) .The wheels on other strollers turn n make up have to stop..even a jogger will do that if u dont click the button to lick the front wheel Congrays n good luck

When Can You Use a Jogging Stroller?
 You cannot use a stroller to run or jog until your child is at least eight months old (and some advise waiting until 12 months old). Your child simply doesn’t have the strength to keep their head and neck stable under the impact of jolts and bounces.
Just wait to run. Find another way to run. If you have a treadmill or elliptical that will do the job and if you dont just go for longer walks with the baby. 
Your baby is precious take care of them. You can find other ways to exercise.  Plus 1 year goes by so fast so enjoy the time now with them being little because it will never be this way again.

Talk to physical therapist. I've heard that jogging with a stroller can cause injuries to your body because it messes with your form.
