First migraine at 28..
Anyone else have their first migraine in their late 20’s or 30’s? I read they usually being in early 20’s or teens. I had no idea what it was because I have never experienced one before! Ibuprofen helped ease up the pain a lot but it’s not completely gone and it’s been 4 hours. Any tips?
