LATE BY 172 DAYS!!

I haven’t had my period in over 200 days making it 172 days late. I’m 15, had my period for 2 years straight prior to losing it. I’m not pregnant, no stds, no known other medical complications... what is going on? My doctor is not explaining or worrying
