Sore throat advice please!

Ok so I’ve had a sore throat for 4 days now, hurts to swallow, always feel like I need to clear my throat because it feels like there’s a lump there 😭😭 just curious on if I should go to the doctor or wait it out? (I understand you cannot diagnose anything, I just need advice to confirm my feeling) also I’m sorry if y’all find this kind of stuff gross 😭😭
