Actually the fluid and cyst are on same ovary. There normally is fluid inside of cyst.

I’m a medical assistant so I’m pretty fluent with medical terminology and from what I see it’s says the muscle around your uterus in one area is smaller than the rest and you have cyst on your ovary and some fluid around your other ovary.

I usually Google this kind of stuff in my test results and never have an issue finding out what it means. If nobody here is able to translate (because I definitely can't 😂) I'd give that a try!
