You always take antibiotics the required time. There’s a reason they are prescribed that long. It’s the same thing if you get an infection and they give you ten pills. You don’t stop after 5 days because you feel better. There’s a reason you feel better and it’s the meds. Also, all the bacteria still isn’t cleared at that time. So, take them the full 5 days if that’s what the doc said
