I went to a rheumatology appointment yesterday that I’ve been waiting for, for months; and she just said Hypermobility with IBS. my Beighton score is 6/9 and my friend (a huge advocate for hEDS) has suggested I see her doctor as apparently a 5 or over is a marker for hEDS? I’ve been waiting for help for so long, I’m 20 and I’m practically bed bound most the time from all the problems I’ve been having and it’s been years in pain.

I can’t be crazy to think it’s something more than just Hypermobility? Feel like I’m losing my mind.
