Bridesmaid size dress for postpartum

I am in my brother and soon to be SIL's wedding at the end of August. I will be a little over 3 months postpartum. We are supposed to go look at and order dresses in Feb.

Has anyone bought a dress while pregnant for afterward? Did you buy the size that fit while pregnant or how did you pick a size?
