Cold after EBF
Anyone else get extremely cold after nursing and/or pumping? I feel like I’m freezing, shiver, takes forever to feel warm again. Our house is set to 72, so it’s definitely not cold. I also suffer from nipple vasospasms that are so painful, so not sure if it’s just all related. Just curious if I’m just the only one!
