Light red spotting mid cycle?

Back ground, gave birth 9 months ago and until about three months ago, I've had in in-between spotting. It's usually light pink and mixed in with my regular discharge. I get this weird tingly pain in the pubic bone area and sometimes cramping. I'm no longer breastfeeding as well. Anyone else have this? My cycles are becoming regular again but this is causing concern for me...Just wanted to see if any other Mama's have this? Also I don't take BC or anything like that.
