After birth poop!!! TMI
Okay so I already have terrible issues with my bowls and having hemorrhoids and I’m extremely scared about the first poop i have after having my little girl. Can you mommas give me any tips on how to maybe make it easier??? I’m currently sitting on the toilet at work trying not to scream because I’m already in so much pain.
