weight gain stories/tips???

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any weight gain stories and/or tips?

I am actually currently at a healthy weight and healthy BMI for my age and height according to my doctor, but I’ve noticed I’ve lost quite a bit of weight in the last few months (nothing my dr is concerned about).

I would just like to gain that back and then some, but can’t seem to do it.

I will include that I work out, but I don’t do a lot of cardio... so basically I want to put on weight but keep myself toned.

Age 21

Height 5’5”

Weight 134

BMI 23

Previous weight was 146, and I’d like to get to 150 or 155 lbs
