Help baby does not sleep, I am exhausted 😩

Hey Mama’s

My 7 month old has changed her sleeping pattern at night since she was 4 months old.

Now she she wakes up every hour sometimes half hour, she wants comfort by going on the breast which I have stopped doing. She needs to be rocked to sleep. She does not self soothe. She will have 2/3 good feeds in the night.

She will only sleep lying on me, not put down bedside me otherwise she screams the place down. So all night I am virtually up as soon as my eyes shut she is fussing. I give her gripe water and burp her throughout the day and night, give tummy massages. No signs of any teeth coming.

This has been a long three months like this and I am exhausted 😩 when will my baby settle feels like it’s never going to change.

In the day she is glued to me cries with everyone else. I never seem to get a chance to breathe constantly dealing with her fussing even if I leave the room for a minute whilst husband watches her.

She is getting plenty of milk and is full each feed and putting on weight and has been checked and is healthy.

She will have 2/3 naps lasting from half hour to 2 hours if I am lucky and that is lying on me or my husband.

I have been doing the same routine for bedtime for the past few weeks too, just don’t know what else to do 🤷🏽‍♀️
