I had cystitis/ a uti for the first time ever just over a month ago. I took the Sainsbury’s own cranberry sachets and it seemed to go away. However it’s come back now and I’ve had it for a week or so. I’ve done one whole course of the sachets again and finished them last night but I’m still in so much pain from it. I think it could have come back from having sex but it hasn’t gone away. I’ve ordered some cranberry vitamins to take everyday to try and help it not come back. Does anyone have any other remedies of getting rid of it because its so painful!
