I went in today to get a sonogram and blood test because I’ve been TTC for around 6 months without success and I’m 40. I was prepared to start <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> right then and there, given that everything I’ve read says my chances to conceive naturally are almost zero. Turns out I have 5 follicles on each side and that apparently means no fertility issues. The doctor didn’t explain a lot and I don’t quite understand what that means.

Also, I didn’t get bloodwork because it’s better on the third day of your period and I haven’t gotten it yet. It was supposed to come today, that’s why I had the appointment, but nothing. Did a pregnancy test in the morning and came back negative. Can I be pregnant? Wouldn’t they have noticed? Sorry if this is a really dumb question. Any advice is welcome!
