Constant stinging sensation when baby moves or walking

Currently 39+6 whenever I walk every three or so steps i get a stinging sensation in my cervix. It also happens when baby moves it’s so debilitating it stops me in my tracks and has even made me scream. It’s like lightening crotch but an extreme case! I’ve been getting it on and off since baby started engaging but now it’s literally next level. Did anyone have anything similar, please tell me you went into labour shortly after because I don’t know how much more I can take.
