tmi warning!! mucus plug

so i had a sweep this morning at 40 weeks since then i’ve been crampy which i assume is normal, ive had no bleeding but as i went to wipe a massive chunk of mucus came out, ive been losing bits over time but not this big. is it a good sign or does it have to have blood? thanks in advance 😊
