🙏🏼😭 Please help me...blisters on nipples after pumping?!

I’m desperate right now, I had my daughter days ago and my milk came in so fast she can’t latch anymore. So I’ve been pumping and now each nipple has at least 10 or more blisters, some are clear some are red and a part of them is scabbed. My nipples and breasts are literally 10 times bigger than usual, I’m pretty sure I have the wrong flange size on my pump but I’m so confused if I need larger or smaller.

After reading about it I feel like I might have elastic nipples? Where they stretch and will form to the flange, after pumping my nipple will be as big as the 24mm and it rubs all against the sides. I’ve been crying all day.

I’m waiting for the lactation consultant to call me tomorrow. I tried not to pump but couldn’t handle the engorgement pain and did it again even though it makes the blisters worse.

Please give me any helpful info you can, I am so lost and scared. My daughter is allergic to the formula the hospital sent so supplementing is super difficult right now until I can get Nutramigen at the store tomorrow
