Any tilted uterus mamas?

Question

I went for an ultra sound yesterday.. The doctor couldn't find anything so sent me for blood work..
I was reading my tilted uterus might need a transvaginal ultrasound instead of the traditional ultrasound. This would help them see the uterus and baby within the first trimester.
Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks for all the comments September 2020 mamas! After an anxious few days of not knowing..I went for my transvaginal ultrasound today & they were able to locate the fetus!
Just goes to show tv ultrasound is the way to go.

I have a tilt. It never got picked up during my first pregnancy at all. I only found out when I was getting the coil removed! They said it usually untilts itself during pregnancy that would be mine never got noticed!

My uterus is also tilted and I didn't find out until I gave birth with my oldest.

I have a retroverted uterus and I haven’t had any issues with transvaginal ultrasounds. Only issue it gives me is back labor. 🙃

I have a retroflexed uterus and transvaginal for that and/or tilted (i was told I had a tilted uterus a few years back) having a transV ultrasound was always difficult and painful.

I have a tilted uterus. Even with transvaginal it makes everything look wonky and hard to see.

Mine is tilted so they might need to do an internal. I'll find out tomorrow at my appointment

I was told i had a slightly tilted uterus in my first pregnancy. I didnt have issues with the US either kind. As it grows, it un tilts. I have my 7wk ultrasound 2/10 so i wonder if mines still tilted

Absolutely I'd ask for TV only. I have a tilted uterus and I'm skinny enough for a trans abdominal but it's much harder to see up until like 10 weeks. My uterus Hates me.
