I’m a stay at home mom of two kids. The 3 of us are on Medicaid. My husband technically makes too much to qualify, even though we desperately need it. He hasn’t been insured in years because we can’t afford it. Is it likely that me and the kids will lose coverage when we marry? I report his income. We aren’t doing anything illegal. Seems like I only qualify because we aren’t married though which doesn’t make sense to me since he supports us financially 100%. I’m scared to get married because I don’t want our kids to be uninsured. I’m in Oklahoma if anyone happens to live here and have experience with a similar matter
